Edward
Butts was employed by Stettler Supply Company between 1976-2004. Between those 28 years of continuous service, he started
out as a field technician and developed into the firm's Chief Engineer and ultimately, the firm's owner. The following chronology
is in reverse order:
July, 2004-Present: Owner and Chief Engineer, 4B Engineering and Consulting LLC. Responsible
for firm and project management, specializing in hydraulic, civil, and electrical/control systems engineering for water and
wastewater projects for municipal, water districts and associations, and other water purveyors.
2003-2004: Chief
Engineer, Stettler Company. Responsible for design oversight and project management of three person technical staff with primary
emphasis on various water and wastewater projects.

1997-2003: President and Chief Engineer: Stettler
Supply Company, Salem, OR: Between 1997 to 2003, Mr. Butts was responsible for corporate management and engineering supervision
of Stettler Company, a 50 year old design-build firm, specializing in water and wastewater systems.
1990-1997: Vice
President-Engineering: Stettler Supply Company, Salem, OR: Between 1990-1997, Mr. Butts served as Vice President in charge
of Engineering for Stettler Company. During his tenure, the company designed and constructed numerous water and wastewater
facilities, including pumping plants, water well stations, Aquifer Storage and Recovery systems, storage reservoirs, pipelines,
and treatment facilities for approximately 100 municipalities and water purveyors throughout Oregon and Washington.
1986-1990:
Chief Engineer: Stettler Supply Company, Salem, OR: During this time span Mr Butts supervised and was personally responsible
for the design, engineering, and project management of approximately 140 projects for numerous water and wastewater clients.
1978-1986:
Associate Engineer: Stettler Supply Company, Salem, OR: Between 1978-1986, Mr. Butts designed approximately 20 water well
projects, 200 water pump stations, 50 water treatment projects, 20 wastewater pump stations,and 50 electrical and control
systems
